Purpose
Silence provides breathing exercises and digital pauses. The personal service is provided without an account, subject to availability.
Wellbeing, not medicine
Silence is a wellbeing tool and is not a medical device, diagnosis or treatment. Stop the exercise if you feel unwell and seek advice from a health professional.
Acceptable use
You agree to use the service lawfully, not disrupt it, and not extract or reproduce the product beyond permitted uses.
Availability and changes
The service may be changed, suspended or discontinued. Silence aims for reliability but does not guarantee continuous availability or a particular outcome.
Intellectual property
The brand, interface, text, illustrations and code not covered by a separate licence remain the property of or their respective owners.
Teams
Teams features will be governed by separate commercial, security and data processing terms agreed with the customer organisation.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Silence is not liable for indirect loss or use outside the service’s intended purpose. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory protections applicable in your country of residence.
