Purpose
Silence provides a web demo and browser extension for guided breathing pauses. The personal version is currently provided free of charge and without an account.
Wellbeing, not medicine
Silence is a general wellbeing tool. It is not a medical device, diagnosis, treatment or medical advice. If you have symptoms, a health condition or concerns, seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional.
Availability
The service may change, be interrupted or contain errors. Continuous availability is not guaranteed.
Use
You agree to use Silence lawfully and not attempt to compromise the operation, security or integrity of the website or extension.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, unpublished code, interfaces, text, trademarks and graphics remain the property of their respective rights holder and may not be reproduced or exploited without permission.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Silence is not liable for indirect loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law, subject to any mandatory rules applicable in the user’s place of residence.
