Data and purposes
The landing page may collect your email address for the newsletter and information you voluntarily submit through the Teams form. The personal extension stores preferences and reminder state locally. It does not transmit personal breathing sessions to Silence.
Legal basis
The newsletter relies on consent. Teams enquiries are processed to answer your request and, depending on context, to take pre-contractual steps or on the basis of consent.
Recipients and providers
Data is available only to authorised Silence personnel and required providers: hosting provider and form/newsletter provider .
Retention
Teams enquiries are kept as long as needed to handle them, then no longer than 24 months after the last contact. Newsletter subscriptions are kept until unsubscribe or after 3 years of inactivity. Consent records and suppression lists may be kept longer to meet legal obligations.
Local storage, cookies and analytics
Silence currently uses no advertising cookies or audience measurement trackers. Functional local storage remembers the selected language, and session storage prevents the same exit quiz from appearing twice in one tab. No cookie banner is shown while no non-essential tracker is added.
International transfers
Some providers may process data outside the EEA. Applicable safeguards depend on the selected providers. Declared region or safeguards: .
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or withdraw consent at any time by writing to . You may also complain to your data protection authority.
Email tracking pixels
Silence emails should contain tracking pixels only when that practice is clearly disclosed and covered by valid consent. Silence recommends disabling open and click tracking by default.
