Silence for Teams
One tap after a session, one weekly question, then aggregated trends only. Leaders see how a group changes, never how one person feels.
Private by default
The personal version runs entirely in your browser. No account, no ads, no behavioral tracking.
For teams, answers are voluntary, detached from identity and visible only as aggregates above a minimum threshold.

Four equal phases: inhale, hold, exhale, hold. Silence uses four seconds per side by default.
In a Stanford randomized trial of 111 healthy adults, five minutes a day of structured breathing for one month reduced anxiety and negative mood. Controlled-breathing groups showed an average daily increase in positive affect of 1.91 points, versus 1.22 for meditation. The strongest result was for cyclic sighing, not box breathing specifically.
